On the front of the box, the window of art shows Gismonda, the work that made Mucha famous, while on the back of the box you can see Zodiac, one of the most commercially sensational works that was published in Feathers, an important platform for art magazines.
The protagonist of The Zodiac is a beautiful young woman with golden, “fusilli”-style curly hair, shown in profile. She wears a Byzantine-style headdress and jewelry, adorned with zodiac symbols, and is set against Mucha’s signature circular patterned background, surrounded by intricate leaf-shaped decorations.
