Red Dragonlord

We've crafted a tuck case using the celebratory colors of red and gold.The dragon on the case is embossed and gilded, creating a three-dimensional effect.

Inside, the auspicious cloud pattern is created using hot stamping, resembling dragon scales and sparkling brightly!

Not only on the case but also on the back of the Dragon God cards, we've employed gold foil stamping. You'll notice the gold foil effect covering the entire body of the dragon.

This is a lightweight Edition，Journey to the west playing cards.

In addition to the Monkey King, there are a total of four main characters from the "Journey to the West." Based on this, we've modified the design of the ACE cards, tuck case, and card backs to represent the entire main character group. With the same luxurious embossing and exquisite illustrations, the playing cards exude a unique charm.

Monkey King is a central character originating from the 16th-century Chinese novel "Journey to the West" (西游记), and he remains one of the most beloved and influential mythological figures in China.

In this novel, Sun Wukong, born from a stone, attains supernatural powers through Taoist practices. However, after a rebellion against the heavenly realms, he is imprisoned beneath a mountain by the Buddha. Five hundred years later, he embarks on a transformative journey with the monk Tang Sanzang (唐三藏), riding on the White Dragon Horse alongside two other disciples, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing. Their mission: to retrieve Buddhist sutras from the West, the realm of Buddha and his disciples in India. where Buddha and his followers dwell.

Monkey King represents the quintessential blend of wit and courage in East Asian culture.   His character has been reimagined in numerous forms across literature, drama, and film.

In this decks of cards , we pay homage to the iconic portrayal of Monkey King from these mythological origins.

The Court card, which shows the characters of the different sides of the story. There is powerful demon kings ，Buddha and his followers，Gods and all kinds of elves and monsters.

The Joker is Ruyi Jingu Bang , The poetic name of a magical staff wielded by the monkey King.  W.J.F. Jenner translates it as the "As-You-Will Gold-Banded Cudgel.

The inscription indicates that the staff follows the commands of its owner, shrinking or growing to his whim, make copies of itself, and that it is immensely heavy, weighing 17,550 lbs (7,960 kg).

When not in use, Monkey shrinks it down to the size of a needle and keeps it tucked behind his ear.

There are also many differences on the front side of the card. Merging traditional architecture and woodblock printing.

POP-OUT Tuck Case

The craftsmanship and design of these cards are laden with intricate details, in the center of each card tuck case is an elegant plaque,  bearing the inscription "Monkey king 悟空."

We used seal scripts to adorn the scriptures, a passage from the text: "In a mountain so high, there must be a path for travelers;  in waters so deep, there must be ferryboatmen."

The layering of designs already tells a rich story.  We want it to have the craftsmanship level of embossing.

You can see the elements like overhanging eaves, coiled dragons, scriptures, sacred relics, cloud patterns, and mythical beasts on the card box are accentuated by the embossing.  To do justice to the "Monkey King" theme, we collaborated with the top design team in China, ARK.

The tuck case is more than just a container;   it serves as a gateway to a realm of enchantment.   With the innovative POP OUT feature, when the box is opened, it reveals the Monkey King's legendary transformations.

Translating all this inspiration onto playing cards has been a tribute to the tale and an acknowledgment of its historical and cultural significance.

Holo Foil

The Monkey King, as well as all the cards in the Boxset, feature what players call "HOLO." By using advanced gold foil material that interacts with light, it not only maintains its metallic luster but also adds a colorful effect, significantly enhancing the overall luxury.

The "Monet" playing cards in this collection feature classic works from his lifetime, such as "Water Lilies," "Haystacks," "Camille," and more, all of which contain Monet's rich emotional expression. 

Through the use of Holo foil stamping technology, we aim to offer a fresh interpretation of these paintings on the cards.

Based on Monet's classic work "Water Lilies," we have crafted a embossed tuck box with a unique numbered seal. The combination of blue and silver highlights a retro aesthetic.

The center of the tuck box features a hollowed-out design, with gold foil accents inside. With a double-layered structure, the cards are removed from the side, adding a sense of ceremony.

It's worth mentioning the face of the cards; all 52 cards and 2 jokers feature cold foil stamping, giving the background a cold foil effect, enhancing the three-dimensional and aesthetic appeal of the artwork.

In the childhood of many, "Alice in Wonderland" holds an unshakable position and fond memories, inspiring the childhood playing cards.

Themed around "Alice in Wonderland," Lunzi pondered from which angle to present this classic, ultimately choosing the Card Soldiers encountered by Alice during her adventure as the main design.

As a special edition of childhood playing cards, we've incorporated elements of the Cheshire Cat. Reflecting its elusive abilities, we've utilized Mirage Grating material for the construction of the card box to embody the Cheshire Cat's characteristic traits.

From different angles, you can either see a complete Cheshire Cat or just its iconic grin.

We've used the Cheshire Cat's iconic grin in the card back design, while also including a full-body image of the Cheshire Cat as a special card.

We're particularly fond of the Cheshire Cat's elusive abilities, so much so that we've included an extra Easter egg in the special edition, waiting for lucky individuals to discover when they open the card box.

A storage box crafted from pearl paper, featuring a prominent design of the Card Soldiers on the front.

Inside, there are 5 decks of the Standard Edition and 1 deck of the upgraded gilded Special Edition, limited to 300 sets. The upgraded gilded Special Edition features the iconic grin of the Cheshire Cat on the card back, along with a full-body image of the Cheshire Cat as a special card. An Easter egg is also included.

With "Room & Space" as the theme, I pondered for a long time on how to represent "room" concretely. Eventually, I decided to use "doors" as a tangible object. A surface with a door becomes a room.

As the debut project in this series, "doors" signify the initial notion of "entering everything." I chose red, reflecting the color of my first deck. Inspiration largely came from motels and key cards frequently seen in road movies.

Moving away from the traditional functional geometry of "flourishing cards" or the standardized design direction of so-called "flourishing card faces," I present these cards in a more sensorial and artistic manner. It’s artistic yet delves into the history of cards. These are fun cards for those who enjoy the culture of cards, and I avoid imposing any strict definition. They're suitable for playing, magic, flourishing, or simply admiring.

As the debut of Smooth Writing, the cards are manufactured by TCC in China. 

The embossed tuck case with deluxe specialty paper and gold foil on the inside make the tuck case exceptionally textured. Linen finish and the appropriate paper thickness also ensure a remarkable feel while using them. The large color blocks on the backs stabilize the visual effects when cutting the deck, and each door will move along with the motion.

When it comes to sculpture, pure white marble is often the first thing that comes to mind.  Inspired by the art of sculpture, this deck showcases clean and exquisite lines, as well as the interplay of light and shadow.  Paying homage to iconic sculptures, including Michelangelo's renowned David, it represents one of the most celebrated masterpieces in Western art history.

To create this tuck case, intricate and elegant embossing techniques were employed.  Both thematically and visually, it instantly evokes the world of sculpture.  European-style vines and textures adorn the entire composition, culminating in the centerpiece of the tuck case, the statue itself.

In order to achieve a visually striking embossed effect, special embossing plates with a height 2mm higher than conventional ones were used.  This results in a pronounced and distinctive embossed effect on the finished product.  The choice of cotton-based paper provides the tuck case with a tactile roughness reminiscent of marble.

The cards maintain the theme of pure elegance, with unified colors across all suits.  During the printing process, eye-catching premium PANTONE silver ink was employed, elevating the deck's luxury and further accentuating the theme.
